How to hack a cafeteria, gym or workplace with behavioral economics
We designed Aetna’s trainings and checklists for Aetna to train their employers use nudges that increase employee healthy behavior.
In partnership with Aetna, Irrational Labs created standardized health evaluation criteria across health clinics, fitness centers, and cafeterias.
This 100-point behavioral checklist measures how well a company’s programs and environment are designed to improve employee health. The Irrational Labs team spent a full day training Aetna’s sales and relationship management staff on the health evaluation criteria. The checklist is being rolled out to all of Aetna’s clients as a standard measure to evaluate health initiatives related to the health clinics, fitness centers, and cafeterias.
